Better no figure than a guess
With fewer than five matching offers, the sales agent gives no price. It still suggests a platform and a time.

Nothing automatic: without your click, neither a price nor a listing changes. Your floor price stays with you and is never sent to a platform.
Only what really matches
With brand and model, set number or EAN, only offers for the same product count. Anything that still doesn’t fit, you remove with one click.

What is the difference between the market check and the sales agent?
The market check searches once, when you click, and turns the result into your sales plan. The sales agent stays on selected items: it searches by itself every day, shows the history and makes suggestions for your live listings. How much each plan includes is in the plan table above.
Does the sales agent change my prices by itself?
No. It suggests, you decide. Only your click on a suggestion changes anything, and never below the floor price you set.
Where do the figures come from?
From public offers by other sellers: in Germany on Kleinanzeigen and Vinted, plus eBay if you like; in Austria on willhaben and Vinted, plus eBay if you like. A platform that doesn’t carry such goods at all, such as Vinted for furniture, is left out. As with searches, the search runs from your browser. It only reads eBay if you switch that on yourself in the settings.
Does the sales agent keep running when my computer is off?
No. It works in your browser as long as the browser is running; the dashboard doesn’t need to be open. If the browser was off for a few days, it catches up with one search.
How accurate are the suggestions?
As accurate as the offers out there right now. That is why every figure states its sample and how recent it is, and with fewer than five matching offers there is no price. Nobody can guarantee a selling price.
What is the launch offer?
Until 31 March 2027, every plan includes more market checks and more items to watch. After that, the normal amounts of your plan apply automatically. Watches above the limit at that point keep running.
I already have a plan. Do I get the sales agent?
The market check and the sales agent belong to the new Version 6 plans. Your current plan stays as it is; for the sales agent, you switch to a new plan.
